17. Think about who you’re taking advice from

Is the person you’re talking to about weight loss thin themselves, or do they have a history of losing weight. If not then consider speaking to someone else. 9. Find your exercise

There are many different types of exercise and you need to find one that is best for you. If you love to swim, then swim.
